A confident start for our new Year 7 students
Our 232 new Year 7 students have made a superb start, settling into lessons, joining clubs and getting to know their tutors.
Our new Year 7 students have made a superb start to life at Elmsworth. After a dedicated induction day on Thursday 3 September, all 232 students have settled quickly into their new routines.
Tutors have been impressed by how well students are organising themselves, arriving on time with the right equipment and getting stuck into lessons. Many have already signed up for clubs, with football, choir, coding and the Year 7 book club proving particularly popular.
Settling-in evening
We look forward to seeing Year 7 families at our settling-in evening on Tuesday 17 November, where you can meet your child’s tutor and hear how they are getting on.
If you have any questions in the meantime, please contact your child’s tutor or our Head of Year 7, Miss Rowe, through the school office.
